Educators and students face challenges in identifying and systematically addressing academic or operational issues.
To address the challenges of identifying and resolving issues systematically, we propose a comprehensive problem-solving framework that combines technology with structured methodologies: Digital Problem-Tracking Platform: Create an online platform (or enhance an existing one, such as Moodle or MS Teams) where educators, students, or employees can log issues. Include fields to specify the nature of the problem, root cause analysis, location details, and upload supporting files. Categorization and Prioritization: Implement tags and categories to classify problems (e.g., academic, technical, operational) and prioritize based on severity and impact. Collaborative Solutions: Enable collaborative brainstorming through forums or virtual meetings, allowing stakeholders to contribute suggestions and solutions. Structured Workflow: Introduce a clear workflow for problem resolution (e.g., assign roles, set deadlines, and monitor progress). AI Integration for Insights: Integrate AI tools for analyzing logged data and suggesting insights or potential solutions based on historical patterns. Feedback Loop: Ensure every resolved issue includes a feedback mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of the solution and make iterative improvements. Training and Awareness: Offer workshops or guides for users on effective problem reporting and utilizing the platform efficiently.
